There were no towels provided in the room, and no-one could be contacted in the morning to assist, so we couldn't shower. My phone charger was left behind, which was my error, however upon inquiring I was told it was not found in the room, which was clearly incorrect. When I first phoned to discuss, I was told someone would phone me back the following day, which they didn't, and when I again phoned the next day there was no attempt made to rectify these problems, instead I was made to feel like it was my fault that I hadn't noticed the missing towels until morning, and that I was lying about the phone charger. All up, a very poor experience.
