Location is superb! only a very short walk to the main shopping street (Rundle Mall) as well as Central Market. Adelaide zoo & botanic gardens are less than 30 min walk away. Tram and bus stop and railway station are all very close by. Around the building, u can find restaurants, casual eateries (e.g. Subway sandwich) and even a 24h mini supermarket. The apartment has good security after 9pm - u cannot enter without your key fob. The apartment is spacious and the bathroom is also spacious with the best water pressure and instant hot water. We had the best shower here during our 2 week trip across south australia! There is a slight funky smell in the corridors though and the carpark is also where the bin center is so there is some smell. The carpark is a little tight to navigate - still alright for a SUV (Rav4 or Haval) but not larger. Reception service was friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend a stay here so you can easily explore Adelaide City.
