Room was spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and shower was excellent. The only small flaw was no menu in the room for room service. Over all an excellent experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff are always amazing. The beds are like giant clouds. Never fault our stay here, apart from the size of the bar fridge. But thats first world problems.

The rooms were extremely dated and require some major upgrading. The noise from the bar whilst trying to sleep was annoying, not a nice experience. Poor rooms hidden by a new looking exterior.

We have stayed many time and really like the way it looks. The staff have always been so helpful but this time my husband was in hospital and we had to stay another night and they were so helpful

The function I attended was also at the Hotel so staying there made it very convenient. The rooms were great and the dining facilities downstairs meant we didn't need to venture out at any time. We will be back.

Saturday night noise from restaurants/bar drifts upstairs - so loud couldn’t sleep then people leaving venue and waiting outside for Ubers or because venue closed. 12-2.30am unbearable. had to call reception to ask security to more them on -have stayed here a few times and really love the hotel but next time will ask to stay on other side!
