Average Hotel
An average hotel… the location bit far from the city center. But good for hideout and like it’s beach location. Prices of $130 a night for the room doesn’t match the quality of service. Breakfast is okay. Honestly I’m not looking forward to go back. Same or lower amount can get a hotel in the city center with better service.

The staff provided excellent service. The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were dated. Some of the electric sockets did not work. The prices for cleaning a woman shirt was not clear. They need a posted price listThe Not enough drawers for clothing. Dining choices were limited. The same for breakfast. The staff service excellent

Service is diabolical with exception of a couple of staff in dining room who were very helpful. Water went off 3 times. Not very clean. Food very poor and poor selection. Would not recommend to anyone

The property is a secure compound. We liked our room and view of ocean and pool. We enjoyed the pool and live music. The house keeping staff and pool attendant were great! The food servers were tired and very slow and inattentive which is common and to be expected in Ghana. Our water went off at least three times while we were showering. Each time they restored the water not too long after. It took 2hrs and three calls to room service to get a small portion of ice cream delivered to our room. The lobster I ordered was cold and not fresh. It smelled bad to me so I sent it back and couldn’t eat it. I ordered vanilla ice cream for my wife by the pool side but they ran out of vanilla and had to supplemented with some freeze dried strawberry something. The kitchen/food services are not well managed at all. There’s obvious building maintenance issues being neglected ie: door hardware, paint, furniture and roof. The grounds are very well kept but the beach was littered with garbage as are most beaches in Ghana. It was our third stay here but appears to be under different management then last time.

Sadly I truly tried to work with them to resolve issues with two different rooms. First room the balcony Door would not kicks. So I ask for another room in which I had to spend a $600 more dollars since it was a king suite. I initially loved the room until I tried using the jacuzzi which did not work. The maintenance staff came to look and immediately said ow this jacuzzi has a big problem we already know. He said sorry this can not be fixed. I then asked to speak to management and they never responded to my request to speak with me regarding the issues . I demanded a partial refund. They refused and said they can do it at my next stay. I’m was like Wow. They refused to help me . They could do much better. It could be a great facility if they just keep it up. But the customer service to resolve issues is horrible

It was unfortunate the hot water in the Jacuzzi did not work, even though it was working under the shower. Nothing more than BEGGARS and THIEVES working here
My money was stolen for a nights stay and all they staff did (mainly front staff) was beg for money every chance they could. I wouldn’t recommend my enemy stay here. Stay clear of this hotel. You get what you pay for. Next time I’m in town on business I’ll pay a hefty fee for a sound establishment, a peace of mind, and good food (they serve old breakfast).

Indeed, we apologize to you with regards to your sentiments but the least to say the tarnishing of the hotel's image is not the best. Our staff does not beg for money and Chantal has a mental disorder and all other hotels need to take a cue from this. Again, your refund is ready for collection since we have trained our staff not to accept monies from any guest owing to they being professional. We do not refund monies at the front desk but it is processed by the finance department and then a transfer is done to your bank. Nasty statements are not the best on social media platforms and please behave and say good things anywhere you visit. We recommend again to other hotels to take a cue from Chantal who has a partner she moves with. Thank you.

The view was amazing. It eill be thr best view you can get in the Accra area of the beach. The food is very great.... The staff is realky nice and the buffet breakfast was different with a convenient menu of local and continental choices.

Highly disappointing.
I found my stay at this hotel disappointing from start to finish. I chose this hotel because it claimed to have super speed WiFi and the room I had booked claimed to have a deep soaking tub. When I got there the WiFi in my room wasn’t working, I had to contact the staff around 4 times to try and assist me and was then told I would only have WiFi when the person in the room next door was in their room. This to a large extent ruined my stay as I was there on business and needed to work. Additionally there was loud music playing from the pool all day everyday and this was very frustrating as I needed to work and could hear it from my room. The breakfast was also very disappointing as the egg and omelette station had nobody present to cook the food and there were no staff present most of the time to ask for help. The only reason I did not leave was because the cleaning lady and waitress were very kind and tried there best to make my stay more comfortable. Overall the stay was disappointing and not worth the money paid.

Nice, Reasonably Priced, Best 4g LTE signal in GH
The facilities(tables, chairs and, TV) in the room are a little bit dated by the beds were very comfortable and clean. Many hotels had jacked up their prices for the holidays but this hotel's price was very reasonable. Their menu breakfast is one of the best I've had in any hotel(Counting more than the 26 states I've travelled in the USA). They also have the highest 4g LTE signals I've ever seen on the MTN Network. I was pulling 112Mbps download and 56Mbps Uploads.

The hotel was fine. My boyfriend and I ate dinner there and it was good; however I would not recommend this place because of the location. It is in a very unsafe neighborhood. We went for a walk. Less than 200 meters from the security gate we were assaulted by a group of men! Both of us!! A man was slapping me and trying to steal my phone. Another man ripped my boyfriend’s shirt off. The hotel did protect us from the men which I appreciate however I would never return to this place due to the location. Make sure you look into the location of your hotel and not just the pictures and amenities of the hotel. If you do stay here do NOT walk the street. We wanted to walk the beach initially but it was closed.

The property looks very pretty and the staff is friendly. The pool area is also attractive. However, I cannot recommend this hotel because the rooms are not maintained. Our room smelled very bad._ A heavy musty smell that was most unpleasant. We tried to air It outt by opening the door. There are 0 plugs available near the beds or desk to plug in a tablet or charge a phone. There was an electric tea kettle to make coffee but the only place to plug it in was sitting it on the floor near the back door and the one outlet. To make it worse, the teakettle does not work correctly and overheats and does not shut off. I got a very bad burn on my hand from it. The door was extremely difficult to lock / unlock and open. I almost had to call for assistance to get out of the room. The exercise room is not well maintained. There are no towels and no water available, and the day I was there, the treadmill was broken.
