We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. All staff were friendly and polite and were more than accommodating. The room was clean and well organised and many facilities were provided for an excellent price such as washing machine, microwave, cutlery and plates and sink. As someone who doesn't like to use strange bathrooms, this one was clean and I felt really comfortable using all the facilities in it. We slept well and check out was smooth. Taxis were provided from the hotel straight to the airport to catch our connecting flight. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great experience, hotel has all the amenities, the staff were quite friendly and always were available for any requests. I want to especially call out Anant who has been extremely helpful during my stay. I would definitely recommend it to others.

All-round Excellent Hotel
Unknowingly we got one of the suites on the second floor and I just have to say those 'apartments' are pretty neat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of, the living room is perfect for a family gathering and the bedroom and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The gym has pretty much every machine you can think of and the spa is probably one of the best I have been in. The complimentary sauna/steam room use is a great bonus as well. As a part of our hotel booking we requested the buffet breakfast and it was pretty good. Extremely busy an hour prior to closing but there is absolutely no way anyone would leave there without feeling stuffed and happy. As a vegan, I also found a lot of great food options from fruit to breads to jams, peanut butter, and salads. Definitely worth it. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would no doubt stay here again.

Great Hotel Near Grand Mosque

Before you leave Abu Dhabi
The serviced apartment was clean and tidy a bit short of plates and cutlery, so we added our own, Same with the wardrobe hangers, otherwise a good place to stay. The cleaner was particularly efficient and the staff very helpful. Location good for access to central city,.

OK, depends what you want from your stay
I found staff to be excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious but need more natural light. No convenience stores in the vicinity means that you must take a bus/taxi. Similar hotels with better locations are available...depends what you want.

Fantastic hotel.
Loved the Ginger restaurant. Technogym was full fleged. Also Spa was incredible with Sauna and steam room free for Park Guests.

Lovely Apartment.
Park Arjaan is a lovely place to stay with good facilities in the hotel. There isn't much close by to do or see but taxis are readily available and cheap. Easy connection to the main airport.

Very nice hotel and staff, kids friendly
I will definitely book again in this hotel, loved the staff from the cleaners to directors, very friendly. The F&B director,Ameya, is very professional and he will do his best to make the customers happy. At the front desk April and Ahmed were very nice and friendly as well. Noisy Pub
We booked a 1 bedroom apartment as we had an 8 month old baby, we heard about a loud pub called coopers and not to get a room above this pub so we requested a room away from the pub so not to wake the baby.When we checked in they had 1 room for us above the pub they offered us two options we can either go into a room in the hotel but the problem was that we needed a kitchen and a bath for the baby or they could move this into that room and then change the room in a few days. They apologised and said the manager would call us with some compensation. We took the room, after a few days they did call us to move us but when you have the amount of stuff we had with the baby + food in the fridge it would have taken a day to pack and move so we stayed. The pub is very loud from Wednesday- Friday nights and there's a lot of shouting and singing people outside until 3 or 4am. This was the main issue with our stay so avoid a room near this pub if you can, it's really noisy. Other than that facilities, rooms and people are very good and friendly I can't complain about that. Just the pub, oh and the manager never called back!

Decent Business Stay
Comfortable and clean Hotel. More suited to business although the pool area is very family orientated. Oddly they let people smoke in the pool which is alittle off putting. Reasonable gym and there is an excellent cafe- natalies nearby. The downstairs coffee shop is unreasonably priced. Make sure you ask for a room away from the bar coopers which can get loud at weekends.

Fantastic value 5* for 3*! (never a 3*)
Billed as a 3* accomodation but 5* These apartments are designed for longer stay guests I believe, so they are actually bigger than the 5* hotel rooms and the same unless you take a hotel suite or the top floor at the Park Rotana. The higher the floor - the better the view, sea views are possible. I was unfortunate enough to be above Coopers bar which doesn't close until 3am, so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from here!
