Unfortunately, after repair efforts were made by professional mechanics, neither the elevator or ice machines could be repaired during your stay. We realize during a high demand weekend, that this was highly inconvenient. You may have experienced longer wait times in our Bistro restaurant due to the hotel being sold out as well as several non guests requesting food service at the same time. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will give us another try.

As part of our commitment to safety for guests such as yourself as well as our staff, our housekeeping department follows the guidelines of the CDC, Marriott and the Health Department which includes entering guests rooms. We typically state at check in that if extra supplies are needed to just call us at the front desk and to place trash right outside of your door. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly. We all look forward to the day when services offered by the hotel such as daily housekeeping will be back to pre-Covid levels.
