Excellent overall. Definitely one of the best hotels in New Delhi.

Our stay at the hotel was awesome from the point of entry to the point of see off by the staff at every corner of the Hotel. My thanks and appreciations go to the duty manager, Vivek Kakria, who took care of our issues in such a way that we forgot if we had any issue. We and all other family member are looking forward to enjoying this property again in the future when coming to visit India from Canada.

Great hotel close to the heart of everything. Staff was friendly and very responsive. The Hotel Manager went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Good option for overnight stay for international travellers

Located on the outskirts of Old Delhi this grand old hotel is really well situated to visit Chandni Chowk. Awesome service, superb quality of food, great breakfast, great prices at happy hour. This Heritage property is operated by Oberoi and is a fantastic value. Awesome stay - very highly recommended.

Clean and nice looking hotel Love it

Stayed 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. Luxury! Breakfast was great - came with our room package. Service is top notch and they had a great selection of breakfast items - both western and Indian options. We also had their Sunday brunch here and it was also very good. Pricy but good. This hotel seems like no other in Delhi. It is a calm, cool, spacious oasis, with rooms larger than the others. Much larger. This provides an outstanding and very different experience. Modern art is sprinkled throughout. The hotel seems less like India and more like Europe, while it still has service and food that speak of India.

We had an excellent stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured every detail was taken care of throughout our visit. The restaurants were fantastic, with great food and service. As a thoughtful surprise for our celebration, the hotel even provided a little cake, which made the occasion extra special. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was a clean and practical hotel, however it’s dated from the last time I stayed in 2013.

Access to the property was a bit difficult due to narrow inner paths and uneven surface. Other than that, all good.

Comfortable stay in Delhi, shaking off the tedium of travel and jet lag. Good little spa, gym sauna area and awesome pool, far from the 'maddening crowds'

Staying at this hotel was like staying in an IKEA showroom :) Everything was beautifully coordinated in white and yellow with very cool furnishings. The back of the hotel had a cafe and lounge with computer for chatting with other guests. I had the best pasta in my life at the cafe! Great location close to train station, quiet, safe, helpful staff, spotless clean. Even the solo room had a huge bathroom. I hope they expand their Franchise all over India so I will always know where to stay...
