The hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff, especially in the restaurant, were very attentive. Breakfast was delicious each morning and set us up well for the day. Lunch on our first day was also very tasty. The roof top bar was nice. Complimentary biscuits on arrival and cake in our last night was a lovely touch. The only downside was the spa. While cute, the three rooms were not worth 90 euros for an hour and a half. You would only really need an hour tops in there due to the size of the space. I also did not like the fact there was no room to change, we should have been given robes and allowed to change in our room. The steam room had steam, but no heat and after walking up the steps in the jacuzzi and the railings falling apart we came out of the spa after ten minutes. I think if this was an added extra for the hotel and use of it included in the price to stay, it would be much more reasonable. It was a shame as everything else about the hotel we loved. Comfy bed, hot shower etc. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

We just returned from an incredible stay at this hotel. 1. The staff was extremelyfriendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. 2. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Housekeeping promptly cleaned it each and every day. 3. The breakfast buffet had some thing for everyone. It was very convenient to have this right here in the hotel and a great start to our day. 4. Air-conditioning worked very well. You do need to leave the card in for the room to have power, the only downside to this is that we were not able to charge devices while we were not in the room. 5. The rooftop is beautiful. It was a great place to hang out and enjoy the weather. Mark was wonderful and provided us with cocktail/drinks. 6. The location couldn’t have been better. I would recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a stay in Rome.

We had a great stay at Palazzo Nainer. The location was excellent. Housekeeping kept our room spotless with plenty of clean towels every day. The staff friendly and helpful while the rooftop bar provided great views and excellent service. We thought the breakfast was amazing and Hajji, Albert, and Priscilla anticipated our every want/need with a huge smile on their faces and genuine conversation. We will look to Palazzo Nainer for our next stay in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay at the TB in April and would definitely return. The staff are lovely and available to help with anything anytime (although our requests were limited to transportation and dinner recommendations). The hotel is beautiful and our room was serviced each day. It was ready when we arrived at midday and the extra beds for our girls were made up on arrival. There is a great breakfast available each morning in their restaurant which is set up as a breakfast room with a buffet and staff are on hand to make coffee and take any special orders. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening but had wine in the little roof bar. The location could not be better - 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the other main sights. We walked everywhere except one rainy morning when a taxi made more sense. There are great restaurants within a couple of blocks as well as the main shopping streets whic makes wandering home after a day of sightseeing fun. The best gelato we have ever had was right around the corner. Highly recommend this hotel!

Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

The staff were over the top helpful and kind. The rooms were lovely but the most appreciated aspect was being able to enjoy a complimentary gourmet served breakfast with specialty coffees anytime from early morning right up until 6 pm. Also, the mini bar was complimentary. These perks, combined with the unparalleled service at the Elizabeth Unique Hotel in Rome was one of our very best travel experiences on land.

The suite was great! The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely will be back some day.
