​Nice property with a great staff, but the lobby has a major odor issue. Unfortunately, the lobby smells strongly of fast food. The hotel desperately needs to either relocate the pool-service kitchen or invest in a high-quality ventilation system. The persistent smell of grease is really off-putting.

Our son is in a wheelchair. Staff and facility were very accommodating to people with disabilities. All of resort was assessable to us. The rooms were great, pools and beaches were outstanding.

Great location! Overall, room was clean and there was no carpet (which is a plus for us). Pool is small but very enjoyable!

This property is incredible! It is in pristine condition. It’s Old Florida at its best. Staff very professional and helpful The Sanctuary spa was amazing and had incredible amenities. The restaurants and bar were great as well. Will definitely be back!

Check in and out was a breeze. Our room was ready an hour early, The staff was courteous and friendly. We were there on the 4th, so the place was packed. Still not long waits for food and drinks. Our room faced the bay. We could see the fireworks from our room and they were spectacular. We stayed at the villa suites, strongly recommend. We have had several family members stay here and they all rave about it.
