A good hotel located at the southern end of Kokusai-dori and close to the monorail. The Ryubo department store is close by too, with its excellent dining hall. The two bedroom apartment was huge. Breakfast was superb. All breakfasts are served in the rooms. We tried both the Japanese and Ryuyu (Okinawan) breakfasts. All snacks and drinks in the room bar are complimentary, and include local beverages and sweets.

Good location, rooms quiet. AC controlled by front desk so room was cooking hot every time we came in from the and humid. Super annoying. Breakfast was bad !! Everything cold and limited options 3 days in a row. Chose this hotel bc stayed at JR Blossom in TKO and food was night and day better.

Our staying was really excellent for relax and enjoying swimming in the pool. Strongly recommend for seniors to take calm and comfortable staying there.

We booked 4 nights here at the end of a busy 2-week Japan trip, to relax in a resort-like hotel and use as a base to explore Okinawa, A very positive stay. The pool was a highlight and the main reason we booked the place. The water was warm and the space relaxing. Despite lots of kids, the lifeguard did a great job of keeping things calm, and there were plenty of loungers as well as comfortable outdoor couches. (The pool was unfortunately closed our first day and part of the next due to the approaching typhoon and then a pH check, which was understandable given the circumstances, although we were a little disappointed but what can you do.) The lounge is really nice and comfortable and an easy place to relax, although drinks were a little more expensive than expected (around ¥1,300 for a draft beer), which is probably to be expected at a resort. The 7-Eleven inside the hotel is genius. We were able to grab cheaper beer, snacks and other essentials there, which was especially appreciated by the end of a 2-week trip when we were getting a little budget-conscious. We were upgraded when we arrived through our Hotels.com VIP status - a very nice surprise. The room was huge, and the shower/bath combo were by far the best of our whole trip. A small thing worth knowing: despite the name “Harborview” and some of the photography, there isn't really a harbor or water view from the hotel. It feels fairly surrounded by other buildings. Staff were friendly & kind and we had a great stay!
