8.2/10 Very good! (1,153 reviews)
I really wish I could have had something nice to say. The restaurants were mostly closed accept for one on the second floor. Bar service was great but the table service was horrid. It felt like they just didn’t care, out of several items and a very limited menu. They don’t even offer a cheese burger in paradise. Outside seating was filthy. The main restaurant was closed for our entire stay accept for our last night. The menu was even worse and the service unbelievably worse. Had to get up and leave it was so bad. We had no face cloths in our bathroom. The rain shower head was so weak we had to use the hand held shower to wash. The carpet on the 5th floor looked like someone vomited fruit punch on the rug. Over all a very disappointing experience for such a high quality brand.
