Puerto Rico Island Waterpark Vacations

The air conditioning in the dining room was too cold. We had to eat outside to be comfortable, and one day in the rain.

The room was outdated, but mostly very clean. There was some sort of bug that kept making an appearance in the fridge cabinet. The WiFi was terrible. When we checked in there was no explanation about the room charge maximum and we were told when getting drinks one day that we couldn't charge to the room until we fixed. The "bracelets" served no purpose other than opening our door. We never tapped it on anything else. And they were bulky and not attractive.

Breakfast was awful and very expensive , not worth the price. Bathrooms need some remodeling… better signings from highway to get there, very easy to get lost, gps signals are very slow.

Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day

Breakfast menu was my favorite great hotel, although i believe this hotel does a lot of conferences which im not To into that, makes you feel like you have to be on your best look etc. also not sure if this is every room but the shower curtain was so small and short all the water was getting out i did not like that at all. So my nephew fell asleep with a lot of sand in his hair and we forgot to dust off the bed the next morning, but so did house keeping because they made the bed but left all the sand that wasn’t cool.also the pool area can use more chairs! But overall the hotel is great the stay was great.
