Normandy Shores Scuba Diving Vacations

Staff are great but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Especially the pillows they are horrible. I had to use a towel as my pillow. Other hotels have feather pillows that are far more comfortable. It would be nice to have a choice. For this reason we won’t return. It’s too bad because everything else was nice.

The room was perfect! Easily accessible, great view from the balcony, the staff was beyond helpful the security guard Mike is an amazing guy! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay there was absolutely perfect! The parking situation isn’t the best but who cares being in Miami! I would definitely stay at the location again when I return!!

The room and grounds were clean and nice. Excellent hospitality staff, specifically Sam at the pool hut who was super helpful helping us locate a shady area for our family of redheads. View was great and the private beach area was really nice. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. A cup of coffee on the balcony before getting dressed and ready for the day would be nice.

The Pestaña hotel group is an excellent chain and our experience at the South Beach Hotel did not dissapoint. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the property was beautiful, and the room was well appointed. The only drawback was that the bed in our room was worn out and needs to be replaced. We’ll stay at Pestaña properties in the future. Thank you

The room was spacious and staffs were warm too

This was our second time staying here and it’s wonderful. Everyone was super nice. We will definitely be back.
