Ilha Grande Scuba Diving Vacations

Lindo, me encantó.

The first room that I was assigned to, had no mirror, had paint stains everywhere and the room smelt like paint and chemicals. I asked to move and thankfully the hotel staff obliged. They cleaned my room everyday and the staff was super nice. It was located really close to where a lot of the attractions were.

The location

To start the rooms are quite small. Its major claim is the location. The food is mediocre at best in the lobby restaurant. During my stay, I requested a late check out and was told no. So I checked out. Since I had a very late flight and wanted to enjoy the beach I paid $220 dollars for a smaller room for a full day as indicated by Taizzha. A female front desk receptionist. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled. I phoned them that I was returning and was told that the amount I paid was for a late check out. That was not what I was told initially . In fact, I paid more than what the room was going for on Expedia. Alex the night person made no attempt to rectify the situation. Hence, I had to pay for another hotel. I felt cheated and scammed. No way do I recommend this hotel at all.

Breakfast is well done. Rooms are date but clean. Roof top bar & pool well staffed and clean. English speaking TV is unavailable.
