Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Whiskey Row. Par contre quartier désert avec beaucoup de bars, restaurants ou magasins fermés le dimanche voire le lundi. Hotel tres contemporain avec une jolie galerie d’art. Chambre très propre et spacieuse, mais pas très lumineuse. Restaurant situé dans l’hôtel « Proof on Main » très bon.

Pros: - clean, fashionable decor both inside the rooms and in the public areas - food service staff attentive, polite and reactive - great food (via the room service and the cafe). The salmon in the evening of our first day was the best of my life. Cons: - booking included breakfast but we received no vouchers at check-in. Two different hotel staff told us not to worry about the vouchers and handle it at check-out. I checked again at the front desk next day and the lady said we need vouchers. We were given vouchers saying it covers one food item up to $20. Confusing to say the least, and not what I call a breakfast. At checkout however, all the breakfast cost was removed from our bill, except the tips we left. This was very confusing. - the pool was dirty the first day in the morning and filthy in the evening: flies, human hair, other debris, murky water, dark grime on the sides of the pool just above the water line. I didn't feel fresh running water feeding the pool so perhaps the water level is too low for the traps/filters? The jacuzzi temperature is so boiling hot that you can’t even put a toe in. Saw nobody there in 3 days stay. - road noise is distinctly audible in the room: our room faced the second street bridge (5th floor). - 5th floor sits right below what I assume is the bar, with lots of heavy chair moving noise first thing in the morning and late at night. - the A/C is loud, like there’s a truck in the room.

My stay at the Bourbon Inn was simply amazing. Everything was fresh and clean and the service simply awesome! Directly across the street from the Bourbon Inn is Central Park with tons of trees, flowers, and other vegetation contributing to the fresh air space occupied by the Bourbon Inn. The breakfast cooked fresh each and every morning was excellent! I wholeheartedly recommend the Bourbon Inn, a peaceful place to relax, meditate, have a vacation, or just a place to retreat from the stress of today's busy world!

The bathroom was a total mess. The faucet on the shower was broken and I could barely shower.

Clean room, good shower on 11th floor. Some friends stayed on 4th floor and having different experience (luke warm shower and strong odor in the room). The hotel only cleaned every other day, while it's not a big deal, I wish they shared this info while I was checking in. Microwave for hotel guest use downstairs by the lobby/mini market area, and also filtered water and ice next to it.

Sejour pro de 3 jours. Hotel confort, spacieux, propre et plus moderne que la moyenne. Excellente localisation pour sortir manger ou boire un verre. Un tres bon pued a terre pour decouvrir la West Virginia !
