Beautiful boutique hotel with best position near Spanish steps, excellent stuf in the hotel and in the adjacent restaurant, particularly Pauline the best

This is my favorite hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the TB in April and would definitely return. The staff are lovely and available to help with anything anytime (although our requests were limited to transportation and dinner recommendations). The hotel is beautiful and our room was serviced each day. It was ready when we arrived at midday and the extra beds for our girls were made up on arrival. There is a great breakfast available each morning in their restaurant which is set up as a breakfast room with a buffet and staff are on hand to make coffee and take any special orders. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening but had wine in the little roof bar. The location could not be better - 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the other main sights. We walked everywhere except one rainy morning when a taxi made more sense. There are great restaurants within a couple of blocks as well as the main shopping streets whic makes wandering home after a day of sightseeing fun. The best gelato we have ever had was right around the corner. Highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely charming and elegant. So personal unlike the Cavalleri Hilton next door which is a zoo! Loved the breakfast each morning on our private patio. The food was wonderful, but the view was incredible!!! Dario, Merriam and Giovanni were like family after a few days. This is not the most convenient location to see the tourist sites, but the view, the friendliness and privacy makes this an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend.

The temperature in Rome was 35 degrees the room we had the AC was not working so it was hell for us 😒

All Was Good but the TV Was Not working . For that price that Was Not Good. , I Think Is too expensive .

The hotel had basic amenities, just good for a short stay. The receptionist was prompt with communication about airport shuttle.

The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is delicious but now the pastry offerings are self serve which I don’t like. Please note, there isn’t an electrical outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer or flat iron. Also, the TV doesn’t allow for casting and was quite old.

Lovely hotel & great location. room was beautiful & very modern & great size for moving around. just 10 min walk to the Spanish Steps, restaurants & shopping.

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice. Lovely part of Rome to stay in with great transport options.

Excellent location for seeing the old town. Great staff.
