Treasure Coast Scuba Diving Vacations

Second time, first time stay was better. When we came into the room, drawer's were open, trash bins on top of dresser. Water pressure in sink and shower not great. Body soap dispenser empty, thank god my son brought his. Next day gone all day, at 3:00 PM room was not made up, then they show up when we were getting ready to go out for the evening, she kept coming back, we told her we needed about a half hour. Another worker came in without knocking. Check out is at 11:00 we were still sleeping at 9:00 am today they knock on door to clean early. Door handle not working well we told them, never came to fix. We were in town for a family party 2 nights, not terrible but small annoyance for sure. Breakfast was very good a la carte order don’t know about small buffet. The difference may be in the staff now then when we came in May.

We had an amazing staycation for my birthday. Love the restaurants and local watering holes. Great people, peaceful and fun.

The property at large is beautiful and you can't beat the location, but we felt like second class citizens - the greeting from the front desk clientele when they realized we were booked through a second party was cold and unfriendly, the room we were placed in had broken furniture and devices (tv internet connection) that did not work, and the a/c never got very cold. If I'm going to be treated like this, I might as well stay at a regular hotel. I did not spend an insignificant amount on this trip and yet I was made to feel miserable because I didn't book through the hotel's website. Marriott, you just lost yourself one Bonvoy member as this is the second time this has happened to me over the last year and a half.

The location adjacent to the Intercoastal Waterway I thought was unique and beautiful. The hotel was centrally located in Jupiter. The stores, shops, and restaurants nearby were amazing.

Easy & convenience to extending my stay to this location. Easy parking. Very nice staff at front desk.
