Great location..wonderful staff and owners!

It’s a wonderful hotel in a great location. The food Is great. The concierges were extreme;y helpful. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. The room was not cleaned on time and was not cleaned well when it was cleaned. We actually preferred not to request cleaning for a couple of days because would interfere with our schedule.

Great hotel in a quiet location close to Copenhagen. The staff are great and the food was tasty We would recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for some luxury

We were recently in Malmö after a wedding outside the city. For a couple, this hotel ticks all the boxes! It was clean and impeccably furnished. Our bedroom in the 'pink' building was absolutely delightful and they let us check in early when we arrived to drop off our bags. The breakfast also deserves a special shout out - absolutely fantastic!

Very disappointing stay at Clarion Hotel Malmö. The biggest issue was the air conditioning in our room. It was extremely noisy throughout the night but failed to cool the room at all, making it very difficult to sleep. We reported the problem, but the staff were unhelpful and there was little interest in resolving it. The gym was another let-down. It's far too small for the size of the hotel and was consistently overcrowded, making it almost impossible to use. The equipment was limited and the space felt neglected. Cleanliness throughout the hotel also fell below expectations. Several areas looked tired and weren't particularly well maintained, which wasn't what I expected from a hotel in this price range. Overall, the most frustrating part of the stay was the lack of response from the staff. When issues were raised, they didn't seem interested in finding a solution or following up, leaving us feeling ignored. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay here again or recommend it based on this experience.
