Southeast Pennsylvania Pet-friendly Vacations

The staff was great! I was disappointed that the gym was closed for repairs and that wasn’t relayed when I booked my stay.

The bathroom floor was dirty and there were hair on toilet seat when I checked in. The room was alright but I could see dust everywhere.

“The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match the appearance of the property. The pool area especially was not well maintained, and the pool water was very cloudy — almost like blue mud. This was my first time staying here, and while the customer service was great, I’m not sure I would return.”

Very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location that is walkable to many good restaurants and sites. Would love to stay here again!

The room was clean but the room I had paid for had a jetted tub, which ended up being unavailable due to mechanical issues. I asked the concierge if I would be reimbursed some of the money for the room because of the inconvenience (I was really excited about the jetted tub) and he gave me complete confidence there would be some sort of discount, he also offered me complimentary access to the Guest Amenity services and a free breakfast which I appreciated. However, he didn't actually give the card needed to obtain complimentary breakfast so in the morning after I spoke to the desk (after embarrassing encounter at the in hotel restaurant) and was given the card, the staff member was unwilling to discuss discount options seeing how they considered the free breakfast and guest amenity services enough compensation. I would've preferred the cash to the perks, and I also requested a toiletry that was never received
