The view out the front window of the hotel is beautiful. The food was ok.. not amazing. I ordered the risotto and it was terrible. We ended up walking to a nearby restaurant for drinks and their restaurant was booked and had more options. Jay the manager was super friendly and the room was comfortable and the bathrooms newly renovated and clean.

Absolutely amazing. The staff, the property, the food, and the comfortable beds! I recommend highly.

Beautiful oasis in Glasgow. Really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and quality of food and service. Definitely would come back to this place.

This is a bacivy room fesey more cosy , friendly and easy access to shops and supermarkets marjanes

Our room was opposite the lift and having arrived late, we were then woken very early (6.10am) by the ding dong sound of the lift as well as the sounds of people talking. The sound insulation along the corridors is awful. The staff kindly moved us to a different room, which helped with the lift sound but not the talking of other residents which started at 7.30am on a Sunday. Due to all the tiled floors sound seemed to reverberate around the hotel. The hotel seems to be going under renovation so I am hoping they will sort out the sound insulation.

we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto the floor.
