Cagbalete Island Pet-friendly Vacations

We had a good staycation. Spacious and neat. i would highly recommend especially for family of 4-5.

This is my second stay/review of the property. My first 3 nights stay, the staff were great, helpful and professional However, my second stay was not as good because when I was calling the front desk/reception nobody was answering the phone it took awhile for some to pick up. I was looking for my belt that I left the first time I checked in. The person who answered the phone said she’ll find out and call me back but she never did. I called the operator instead and spoke to a certain Harley, I think that’s his name and he was the one who was able to help/found the belt I was looking for. The guy from the housekeeping brought it up to my room. I was glad and thankful. However, I/we had the same problem with the room service food we ordered, it was not very good. Again, I’m suggesting for a new Chef.

Other staff dont like their job i think Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending. Toilet is clog. Never check in again on this hotel Food is terible .

I had a wonderful stay at City Garden Grand Hotel in Makati! The staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of, and their hospitality was a highlight of my visit. A special thank-you to Eman, the bellman, and Mica and Awi at the front desk. All three deserve recognition for their friendly, attentive service and for making my stay such a positive experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makati!

Good communication and excellent customer care from all the staff

Overall our family is happy with our stay. The staffs are helpful and pleasant . We love the location because of the proximity to the eating and shopping area. Will come back again

The bed was very comfortable and the shower area was huge with a nice rainfall shower as well. No complaints.
