Staff very welcoming especially Melissa at reception and the security/Porter staff. Ocean view room was clean, lovely view. Dinner and breakfast was quite tasty. Unfortunately, experience was hampered by the large number of cats that literally took over the dining area! It made for quite an uncomfortable experience and for someone who is allergic to cats - it was not a pleasant experience. Sadly, had I known prior about these cats I wouldn’t have booked this hotel - albeit everything else was fine.
