The housekeeping staff was very helpful in bringing anything we needed and the hotel manager is simply the best - making sure that every guest was cared for! When he learned that my son had cough/cold/flu, he asked his chef to make an Ayurvedic tonic with ginger, lemon, honey, turmeric) and had it delivered to him (while we were at the restaurant) which helped him a lot!
