The pool area was super nice and chill. Fun playing ping pong outdoors. We did a "tea ceremony" experimenting with different herbs in the spa. They had star gazing, someone came down from Lowell observatory with a huge telescope and gave a talk and showed up the moons of jupiter in the telescope. Front desk was busy sometimes, but they found time to get us extra coffee pods when we requested it.

The hotel was lovely, and the room was a great size. It had a living room/kitchenette area and a separate bedroom area.
My two complaints are 1) nowhere was it mentioned that their spa was closed for construction (the main reason we chose this resort was for the spa) adn 2) there was no mention of AC work being conducted. Woke up to a large crane lifting equipment to the roof right outside my window in addition to the text received the evening before that they will be entering my room to check the smoke detectors.

Rooms were not as clean as one would hope. Bedding was obviously reused for our stay (sheets had dirt and used contact lenses in them) hotel did send staff to change out bedding. Don't walk barefoot in the rooms, flooring is very Dirty. Showers ran out of hot water in 10 minutes which is rough for a whole family.
Sherry at front desk was super nice. Creek nearby is wonderful for kids.
