What a wonderful hotel! Where do I begin? This hotel is absolutely beautiful and so clean. It is perfectly located near the port with a free shuttle bus service included in the price. The service was our highlight. The staff could not have been more attentive- particularly Michaele, Antonio, Enzo and Valentina. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The pool and spa were fabulous too. We had massages and facials which I highly recommend. The staff are well trained and professional at all times. We have travelled all over the world and we rate this hotel a 5 star+ The food in the restaurant was excellent and a must when you are there! A bit off the beaten path in Casa Micciola, this hotel was oustanding in every way. From decor( recently entirely renovated and it showed in glorious fashion. You felt like an honored guest Breakast buffet included plus eggs to order. The hotel offered shuttie & taxi service plus dining & bar at normal hours. The staff! Friendly welcome, helpful advice on what to see around the island and how to travel. Superb view from our balcony, comfortable. Wholesome home cooked, home grown food, if not locally sourced. Really happy we chose to stay here.
