Chambre propre, le staff aimable et à l’écoute, très bon petit déjeuner ! Le SPA nous n’avons pas eu vraiment le temps d’en profiter. En tout cas la vue depuis le toit où se trouve le SPA est époustouflante ! Notre chambre donnant en face de la mer je vous conseille de choisir avec vue sur la mer ! Très beau séjour même s’il était court. Seul bémol nous avons trouvé excessif le prix du parking pour une nuit : 25€ !!!

The Grand Hotel Rimini is a stunningly gorgeous hotel at a prime spot along the Rimini coastline. The service is top notch, the pool is lovely, and the beach area is perfect. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the people working there provide attentive and personal service. The hotel also offers cute bikes that you can use without charge. I'm not in the habit of tipping cleaning staff but I made an exception since my cleaning staff member was superb and consistent through my stay. I would say this hotel earns its five-star status. Wi-fi service is spotty, not good enough to have a zoom call. It is weak and drops constantly in the room. Wi-fi is better in common areas and I was not the only one using my laptop in the hallway. The room (#410) also had a musty smell that appeared to be systemic and unaffected by the excellent cleaning service. My nose adjusted within a few minutes each time I entered but it's not a great first impression.

The linen was strewn about the lobby and public areas. The air conditioner in two out of our two rooms was less functional (82f and 86f respectively). The shower was quite small. The front desk was resistant to a couple of requests. We were told no, only to find out after some persistance that we could in fact be accomodated. I would not visit again. The location and curb appeal were nice however. The pool could use a touch more shade, but was overall a nice one. Its a nice property that could use a firmer hand in running it.
