It was a very relaxing experience. Enjoyed watching the dolphins. Restaurants were exquisite and excellent. Pool and beach were fantastic and enjoyed them immensely.
It is definitely a 5 star hotel and resort. Well worth the cost.

We recently stayed at Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk and had a wonderful experience. Embassy Suites continues to be one of our favorite places to stay because it works so well for our family.
The location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of Waikiki Beach, Waikiki Beach Walk, several ABC Stores, the International Market Place, and Roy’s Waikiki, which is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Having so many shopping, dining, and convenience options nearby made exploring Waikiki easy.
When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, so Sue offered us the opportunity to upgrade for an additional charge. The extra space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for our family.
The staff made our stay memorable,
always kind and helpful. Ernesto quickly resolved a bathroom issue, and Michael C. at the omelet station recognized our family and had our order started before we reached the counter each morning.
The valet team was consistently friendly, quick, and always helped by opening our doors. Our only concern was one isolated incident involving my brother, who wasn’t given a valet ticket and was charged a lost-ticket fee. Although the valet is a third-party vendor, Gianna handled the situation professionally. She waived one night’s resort fee, which we greatly appreciated.
Our only suggestions are softer toilet paper and trash can liners. Overall, the outstanding service far outweighed these minor issues. Mahalo to
