It was overly crowded, waiting for an elevator is ridiculous, people were frustrated from waiting 15 mins for an elevator, elevator was always stuff with people. This was during the 4th of July. The pool water doesn't look clean, wasnt clear.

The rooms were spacious and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and workable. I didn’t use the laundry facilities. Housekeeping and maintenance were very responsive.
The air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work on the second night. The filter needed to be replaced. I don’t know if a regular check is completed on all mechanical items in the room.
The afternoon valet and check-in person were not very friendly or helpful. The feeling was I want to get you out of here. The young valet worker’s favorite answer was I don’t know.
