Cape Cod Golf Vacations

Hotel and Expedia canceled my booking last minute and I had to spend 3 hours on call to get alternate booking. I paid same high price for something that was much less than my original booking. Last minute cancelation of hotel bookings is extremely disappointing, especially if it's in middle of vacation. There should be binding cancelation policy for hotels as well.

Such an amazing weekend at Green Harbor Resort! Beautiful, well maintained property. The water views were amazing and so much for the kids to enjoy from the pool, to mini golf, and playground. Little touches like petting zoo and crafts made it such a nice weekend. We even got to pick fresh herbs and veggies from the garden! The staff was wonderful as well, especially Karen at the front desk!

Our stay got off to a rough start because one of the receptionists was extremely rude during check-in and was just as unfriendly again at checkout. Thankfully, another receptionist we interacted with was nice. When guests are paying close to $1,000 a night, that first impression really matters, and it was disappointing. We stayed in one of the Village units, and I have to say the online photos were a bit misleading. The building itself felt very run down, and the hallways had a strong odor that unfortunately smelled like vomit. Once inside, our unit was better than the common areas. It was spacious and mostly clean, although we did find a moldy grape on the floor our very first night, which made us question how thoroughly it had been cleaned. Aside from that, it was reasonably clean but definitely outdated and lacking the luxury we expected for the price. The amenities were the highlight of our stay and are probably the main reason people visit. We loved spending time at the beach, enjoyed the large pool, and had a great round of golf. The staff throughout the resort, aside from our experience at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. We also had lunch at Links Restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had an enjoyable time because of the resort’s amenities, but we won’t be returning. For the price we paid, we’ve had much nicer accommodations elsewhere. We expected a more upscale, well-maintained unit, and unfortunately, this resort didn’t deliver.
