Had a great stay with a friend this weekend. All the hotel staff I encountered were kind and helpful. They were able to get us checked in early with an upgraded room. We got great treatments at the spa. Our room was beautiful and clean. We were given a ride in the house Audi. The staff was more than accommodating and gave great food recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Superbe hôtel, impeccable, propre et très bien placé. Suite au 16e étage spacieuse, et bien équipée (réfrigérateur, tv, air conditionné, wifi). Belle salle d’eau avec toilettes. Balcon meublé avec vue splendide sur la skyline d'Austin. Piscine extérieure très agréable. Parking sur place payant. Petit-déjeuner non compris dans le prix de la chambre (Starbucks disponible sur place au rez-de-chaussée). Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande sans soucis !

Fairmont is a fabulous spot in Austin. Very close to all the downtown festivities and the river. The gold Lounge is a great amenity if you book that, so many great small bites all day and drinks right at your fingertips.

Très déçu par cet hôtel. Malgré une apparence qui cherche à donner une image chic et élégante, l’expérience est loin d’être à la hauteur.
Le plus choquant reste la nourriture : nous avons retrouvé des insectes dans les plats. C’est totalement inadmissible et cela pose de sérieuses questions sur l’hygiène en cuisine.
L’établissement donne surtout l’impression de miser sur l’apparence, alors que la qualité et la propreté ne suivent clairement pas. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

While the room was cleanish, the bathroom had mold n mildew along the edges. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and not helpful. The passcode for the door hardly worked and were not very user friendly. Our check in person Jimena was rude, couldn’t bother a smile let alone a word of welcome or anything resembling hospitality nor did some manager when we came to the office to ask bout the passcodes not working properly. They acted like we were bothering them at their house.
The room overlooked 35 n wasn’t noisy as I expected. The space is rly tight as well. It was fine for what we needed but the staff put us off visiting this place again.

- Magnifique chambre, belle deco et spacieuse
- Quartier bruyant la journee. Musique éteinte a 21h en face de la chambre. Assez bien insonorisé quand meme
- 5 places de parking gratuites derrière l’hotel et d’autres parking gratuit proposé par l’hotel a quelques rues. Un grand + quand on sait le prix des parking dans la ville.
- emplacement a 20’ de marche du dowtown, capitol.
- boissons chaudes en libre service dans l’hotel
