Having just stayed at Hoshinoya Tokyo, I had high expectations. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Tokyo is clinical. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Okinawa is questionable. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is stunning. But no staff ever come and tidy up people's leftover towels etc. However, I would return.

Nice hotel, convenient to wonderful local restaurants. Appreciate the availability of a quadruple room for our family (but would have appreciated a check in experience without a rude comment from the desk clerk about checking in to a quad room).

素晴らしいホテルで今回で２回目の利用でした！
ただ残念なのがプールの監視員の安全面に対する意識の高さは素晴らしいですが
その反面、厳しすぎて子供が注意されたりで
監視員の顔色を伺いながら遊んでるのにガッカリでした。
もちろん飛び込みはダメなレベルはわかりますが
足の余裕で着くところでも子供だけ（小学５年）だとダメだったり、
ガラガラのプールでも大人と一緒にいても水中でのバク転練習で注意されたりで
気持ち的には少し残念レベル。

Beautiful hotel, with very comfortable rooms and superb facilities. Rooms have an amazing view of the ocean, are clean, and designed to make a more-than-comfortable stay.
My only note is that it has no access to the beach. Keep that in mind if you come looking for sand and the ocean.
All in all, an excellent choice!!
