My mistake for booking a room in the front of hotel. The walls and windows do a poor job of blocking out the sound. Parking is not the best. Minor other issues but it was overpriced for the the product offered

As always, our stay was wonderful! Nerisa at the front desk and David, the bellman are always welcoming , helpful and attend to our every need! The rooms are beautiful. Turndown service and nightly cookies are a nice touch! The Beach Club is great! We are already looking forward to our return visit!

The location was prefect! The views from my room were breathtaking, The staff were very friendly and professional. However, for a Hilton property I expected a more luxurious setting. My floor had an odd smell and the furniture was wore out. I was impressed with how clean the sheets and towels were and the room despite being a bit worn was clean.
