(1,003 reviews) Really enjoyed this property. It’s obviously set up for time share members and less for all inclusive. The staff wait staff in all areas were amazing. The food was 9/10, only down fall fir all inclusive is the dining had exclusions. Cleaners works all day it was pristine. Did not like signing for every bill as resort is all inclusive, felt like waste of time and sometimes had to wait to sign. Only issue we had was after we did the timeshare “walk through” we were given $100 resort credit. Everything was auto charged to our room, but we had to prove the $100 room credit with a price of receipt paper. Felt like resort was trying to get $ out of us after they promised the credit. Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back.
