Very disappointed with our stay here. Room was terrible and not what we booked. It was a handicap room and not facing the ocean. Also did not include parking which was an additional cost I didn’t expect. Waiting for our room to be ready the heating and cooling system as well as the tv were very hard to operate as well as the shower. Would not recommend this hotel at all. The staff upon arrival were also very rude. We did not expect this considering the cost paid close to $800 for two night stay with very noisy and absolutely no view of a wall.

BEWARE, NO air-conditioning, needed windows to be open. We stayed in a city view room on the top floor. VERY NOISY till the wee hours and woken by garbage and delivery trucks every morning! That being said the room was BEAUTIFUL!! enjoyed the breakfast service and happy hour in the lobby.
