Backbone Mountain Fishing Vacations

Very nicely designed simple resort in WV. Trails, golf, walking, great buffet breakfast.

I double booked my room by mistake, once through Expedia and once through their website forgetting I had already booked it through Expedia. When we arrived the desk clerk noticed the two rooms and said she would cancel one and not charge a cancellation fee because of my forgetfulness which I was thrilled about. She told me I would receive a refund. Upon further research, she had “cancelled” the Expedia reservation so when we checked out the next morning I checked to make sure she actually cancelled it because I received emails from Expedia asking out my check in went and she said she did so o found that odd that is still get that email. Our Sunday goes on and I get another email asking how our stay was from Expedia, odd. I checked my bank account today and it was never cancelled nor was it refunded.
