It is a beautiful small B&B. Nicole was lovely and everything was clean and well decorated. My only complaint would be the lack of an innkeeper to greet us. It felt sterile and disconnected when we arrived. Would have been nice to be able to ask questions about the area and house. They don't have to sleep there..but be on property for a few hours for check in. In our automated society the human touch cannot be replaced.

The property as a whole was very clean and well maintained. However, the floor in room 523 was pretty awful and needs to be refinished.
The managers reception was one of our highlights of the whole trip, great selection of drknks and fancy snacks. Try the porch with rocking chairs by the reception room.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel, called the Palms was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, and it almost felt like a little apartment, home away from home. There was sunblock available, water bottles, and a filtration system, which was extremely helpful. The hotel was in a wonderful location, easy walk to Marion Square in King Street and also about a 15 minute walk to the waterfront and rainbow Row. I highly recommend staying here.
