Knights Valley Cheap Vacations

Great low budget travel, clean hotel and friendly staff!

Stayed during Labor Day Weekend, so the hotel was packed (plus there were live DJ sets at the pool all weekend). Staff was friendly and proficient; grounds were dated but comfortable; food was pricey but very tasty; and we loved that the pool was open until 2am. Only issue was several water bugs that were found in our room - not a pleasant experience - but management did compensate financially to a satisfactory degree. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

L'Horizon exceeded every expectation for our 15th anniversary trip. We stayed in the Herman Bungalow, and the whole property has this quiet, mid-century elegance to it — private patios, mountain views, and a genuinely peaceful pace that made it easy to just slow down. The zero-edge pool was a favorite spot of ours. One thing worth knowing before you book: this is a 21+ property, so it's built for couples and adult getaways rather than family travel. If you're looking for an elevated, romantic Palm Springs escape, this is it. We're already thinking about when we can go back.

We stayed here for a concert at Petco and it was perfect. We could see the park from our room which was fun. So much easier than fighting traffic!
