European Side Cheap Vacations

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Our party of three have disabilities that required extra help getting around. They staff consistently assisted us and showed us much patience. Koray was especially helpful and even offered to make phone calls on my behalf regarding the delivery of a purchase from a local store. A nice breakfast buffet was included and the serving staff was friendly. The hotel is historic and it is located on a narrow cobble stone street. Because of the location some of the tours could not pick us up directly in front of the hotel. The vehicles they used were too big for the street. We enjoyed our stay there!

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, Very beautiful hotel, Had a few issues upon arrival but was sorted after speaking to the right people The room was so beautiful, carefully designed loved every second of my time in there, The staff are genuinely helpful and warm. The breakfast was okay, I think it’s more suited to the Turkish/ Middle Eastern taste pallet as opposed to the western if you’re after bacon sausages beans etc don’t expect it haha Didn’t get to use the spa but it looked absolutely beautiful due to skin issues I couldn’t but ’m sure it would have taken my experience up a notch! Very close to the metro so handy in that regard, there’s also a local mall 10 minutes walk that has a lot of shops and if you’re feeling for a Burger King McDonald’s or subway and a 13 minute walk from the tram which takes you to all the hotspots! Overall would I visit again? Potentially yes!

The room is clean, staff is helpful, free vale parking is so good...I have surprised the quality of Wow Airport Hotel. Excellent value for money...Thanks a lot.

Dün Elite World Florya’da konakladım ve açıkçası konaklamam benim için ciddi bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Otele girişte daha ilk dakikadan itibaren ciddi bir operasyon problemiyle karşılaştım. Lobinin tamamen boş olmasına rağmen check-in işlemi için uzun süre bekledim. Bir konu nedeniyle tek bir misafire iki farklı personelin aynı anda açıklama yapmaya çalıştığı, iki resepsiyonistin de dakikalar boyunca problemi çözmeye uğraştığı bir süreç yaşandı. Bu sırada ben check-in için beklemek zorunda kaldım. Odaya çıktıktan sonra şarap servisi istedim. Önce mevcut şarap seçenekleri söylendi, yaklaşık 30 saniye sonra ise söylenen şaraplardan birinin ellerinde olmadığı belirtildi. Sonrasında yalnızca bir şişe istememe rağmen odaya iki şişe getirildi. Açıkçası burada da talebimin dinlenmediği hissine kapıldım. Şaraplar geldikten sonra açılması için yaklaşık 10 dakika bekledim. O sırada odamda misafirim vardı. Daha sonra ödemenin eksik kaldığı söylendi. Müsait olmadığımı belirtmeme rağmen birkaç dakika sonra ödeme almak için tekrar odaya gelindi. Üstelik çıkış sırasında kalan 500 TL’lik ödemeyi yapacağımı zaten belirtmiştim. Elbette otelin ödeme prosedürlerini anlıyorum; ancak bir misafirin odasına tekrar tekrar girilmesi ve kapısının çalınması konusunda biraz daha özen gösterilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
