Fiesta Island Cheap Vacations

This was my second stay at a Margaritaville hotel and loved it both times (Nashville & San Diego). The hotel has a resort feel which I love. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the location was amazing. I would highly recommend!

Very beautiful place...its extremely pricey. The amount booked on Expedia was not what was charged. There are alot of additional charges once at the property. In addition, the rooms we booked were not what we received. We booked 2 deluxe kings but received one standard and one deluxe king room. We were told by the general manager he would deduct $200 dollars for the wrong room, but never received the deduction. When we went to check out the Supervisor told us lies that the king deluxe was the standard and a bag of lies. We requested the general manager, but she said he was not available and she would call us after they sort out the room price. We never received any phone call. We received a final bill for $714.14 for the standard. The room should have been a little over $600 for the deluxe king. So beware of the bait and switch.

We booked on a busy weekend. I’ve called and spoke to many representatives regarding checking in early, they can’t guarantee it. When we arrived it was 2:30 and check in is 3:00. They said everyone else is trying to check in early as well and it is a busy weekend due to a big event. I ended up not being able to check in until 3:10 and didn’t get up to my room close to 3:30 (after going over all the formalities etc). I ended up being late for my event that started at 5pm. This is why I did not rate it a 5 star. On top of that, I had requested the late check out as well and they informed me I needed to be a member to get the complimentary late check out. At the time of my booking weeks before, when I was inquiring about the early check in, the reps were saying just make sure you have membership, we will note your request etc so being a member was already established. When I arrived they needed to confirm because it didn’t show on their end, which held me up downstairs when I was already wanting to go up and get dressed for my event. Otherwise, nice hotel. Staff were overwhelmed with the busy weekend and it showed.

Love the Cadillac ride share program, which is part of the resort fees. Staff very friendly Check in and Check out was easy

Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and big. The only thing I noticed was that they had Shampoo x 2 and body wash in the shower instead of Shampoo and Conditioner, but that might’ve been a small oversight. Would still recommend one hundred percent.

Spectacular place. Beautiful and so much fun for the kids. The only bummer was the ocean water was contaminated and so we were not able to swim in the ocean. But the pools were amazing.

Beautiful place, very clean , the biggest positive thing I have to say is how kind and respectful was the staff ! They accommodated our family in every way possible and made our stay joyful and stress free . We will definitely be back and highly recommend it 😊

The staff at the hotel are very nice and have great customer service! However, the room was very small and smelled musty. The ac did not work, our room was very warm. The shower drain did not work. There was also no bar or food at the hotel. After exploring the area there are so many nice hotels around the area I would pick one of those instead of this one.

The rooms, facilities, location and amenities are all wonderful. Great property for families. The 4 stars is due to the lack of staff at times. The breakfast buffet was delicious however, during peak hours there were many tables that were not cleaned timely which left us waiting before we could sit. The same was true when attempting to get service poolside. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming, it just felt like they were understaffed. Would definitely return.
