The property was great quiet area very clean rooms would stay there again

The room was immature and had everything to accommodate our family. Spacious and clean rooms, spacious parking and close to shops.

Beautiful garden, amazing breakfast spread. Nice size room with spectate toilet and shower. The amenities are better than a 5 star hotel (lotions, creams, gels, coffee syrups etc). Hopefully the shower curtains can be replaced soon, but…. The gorgeous outdoor shower can always be used!

Great apartment, plenty of space and walking distance to the Bakers Room cafe. Short drive to beaches, pier and shopping centre. Pool and spa were excellent as was the bbq area and table tennis. The unit was nice but a bit battered.

The longer I stayed, the more I appreciated this practical, well-appointed unit. Located on the quiet top floor, it was clean and exceptionally well-stocked with high-quality kitchenware and plenty of linens. The comfortable living area and perfectly timed sun on the deck were highlights. While the decor is simple and the pool/spa were too cold to use, it remains a highly functional and enjoyable vacation stay.

Rating: 1/5 Stars (Zero stars if it were an option) I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but our stay at this Pialba property was not just appalling—it was genuinely unsafe. Between the biohazard hygiene conditions and terrifying security issues, this place is completely unfit to operate. Major Security & Safety Concerns: • Unauthorised Entry: Someone entered the property during our stay without our consent or prior notice, which was alarming given we were supposed to have the only set of keys. • Compromised Locks: It was obvious the property had been broken into in the past; the door locks showed clear evidence of being pried open prior to our arrival and had never been properly repaired, leaving us feeling completely vulnerable. • Non-Existent Communication: Reaching the host/management was impossible. Communication was entirely non-existent when trying to address these serious issues. Filth, Mould, and Biohazards: • Kitchen & Cookware: Inside the cupboards where the cookware is stored, there was severe water damage and mould growing freely around the pots and pans. Preparing food in those conditions would be an extreme health risk. • Pervasive Mould Throughout: Beyond the kitchen, toxic mould was spreading heavily through the laundry and bathroom, making the air musty and difficult to breathe. • Disgusting Bedding: The pillows were sickening—severely yellowed from years of overuse and visi
