The staff were amazing. From the team at the front desk to the restaurant team - super helpful! The room we received was ADA but the only offering with a single bed. The room worked out great! The hotel is well located near public transit, food market, pharmacy, and fish market. And, if you need a bite and don’t want to venture out, the food and drink offering is spectacular!

The staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived late because my flight was delayed, and they were still at the front desk, ready to assist me. The breakfast was the most varied I've ever seen at a hotel, and everything was spotless. The hotel's location is extremely central, making it easy to get around. The morning receptionist was wonderful and shared fascinating stories about what it's like to live through the winter in Finland. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious with a comfy bed. Bathroom was spacious and nice too. Lovely breakfast too. This hotel will need a bit of modernisation eventually what comes to the 2000’s core furniture etc. But we enjoyed our stay and location is great
