Air conditioner in poor working condition. Hot room and night. Bath tub faucet came off and I put it back together. I told the front desk at checkout and he was very rude. No apologies. All he said was “I’ll tell engineering “. I’m never coming back. At $300 a night I expect more. I should get a refund. 👎

It was an all around great experience

They do not have microwaves in every single room. They have one microwave per floor and the cleaning stuff will tell you to call the front desk to request for a microwave. We called the front desk and they explicitly told us customers have the right to request for microwaves and they have the right to deny it. We went back-and-forth with management and they refused to give us a microwave. My wife is currently nursing and having an in room microwave would be very useful for us however management denied the request.

I've been staying here for a while. The property, the staff, and the morale seem to be in decline. According to the people working the front desk, they are under new management. You can see this in their faces; it's not going well. $75 dollars for 1 hour of late check-out feels like a good strategy to lose customers. I'm one of the ones who will be looking at other options. This hotel is trying to be a four-star hotel, but they are located in a fancy strip mall. Sadly, this may be a slow decline, eventually leading to a takeover. Mark my words.

Close to airport but a bit long in tooth and needs work. Beds not bad
