What a lovely experience. The place is full of nostalgia and history. The food was pricey and darn good. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and warm. The beach is absolute perfection. We swam in the clear warm water and went out on a catamaran that was fun. In the bar we heard the best local singer Johnny Valentine so musical The mushroom pesto pasta was incredible. My wife says she fell in love with the place and cried when we left.

Everything was perfect! Thank you to the Marbella Team, our stay was excellent. We enjoyed everything Mākaha valley had to offer. Especially the amazing sunsets! 10/10 would recommend

We were pleasantly surprised as we have stayed at Four Seasons, Astoria and Ritz Hotels. Great ocean front property with excellent 5 star service! Pool is oversized and has great accommodations for sun worshippers and guests who need more shade. Location is outstanding as you can walk to the luxury shops and many amazing restaurants if you want to try something different. We had several spa treatments that were also excellent along with the many drinks and light lunches by the pool. The restaurant service and food is also outstanding . I find this hotel more of a 5 star boutique hotel and very calming! We usually stay at the four seasons in Maui but my husband wanted to go to Honolulu and I wanted to be on the ocean, this hotel seemed to be the only fit for luxury and walkability that is ocean front! I would highly recommend staying here as the Four Seasons in Hawaii is much further out and the Ritz Carlton is not ocean front! Loved it

I gave low stars on website accuracy because after renting a room here I then find out that Panoramic Resort is actually in a hotel and Panoramic only owns some rooms in the hotel. They don’t tell you this on the website. Only after renting a room are you told that you could possibly rent one of Panoramic cars(if able) so you wouldn’t have to pay a ridiculous amount to park that the hotel collects. If you rent a car from Panoramic there is no parking fee. Would have liked to have known that while booking the vacation. But my biggest complaint is Panoramic knew that there would be 3 adults for 4 night 5 days. We received 4 towels and that’s it. I messaged them and asked if we could get some clean towels on the 2nd day and was told that’s what they provide. With Hawaii being humid and getting in and out of the ocean there is no way that 4 towels are going to work for any family. We happened to see that the hotel had washer and dryers. It costs a lot to do 1 load and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get them to work. I tried for 21/2 days to get them to work and wasn’t successful in doing so. I thought by chance maybe I could get at least 1 clean towel from the hotel but they won’t do that either. And I explained that the washer and dryers were not working and they said they are from a third party and couldn’t do anything. After emailing Panoramic again telling them all I had went through they finally brought more towels but by then our stay was over. So disappointing.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

The location was beautiful and quiet. We stayed at 3 different hotels while visiting Hawaii and the beds at this hotel were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Might I suggest some hooks to hang towels and items in the room?
