Location is good. For the price paid, it was a good value. However, this property has seen better days...long ago. Room was good, but very outdated. TV but no channels, no news, cable, etc… Only Netflix if you have your own account. The pool looks great in the pictures but is a big disappointment. The water was clear and clean BUT there are no pool chairs, nowhere to set your towel or stuff except on the broken concrete around the pool. Pool area is falling apart, very sad. No pool towels. No adult supervision. Children running wild diving into the pool splashing people. Check in was chaos. It appears the building has a dozen different names. Online apps, phone maps and taxi drivers can't find it as this is NOT the name of the building. To check in I was directed to a side desk in the lobby, not the main desk. There appear to be several hotel businesses and apartments all renting out rooms in the same building. No one really seemed to be in charge. Fortunately I needed no assistance during my stay as I'm sure it would have been complex.

No hot water, the shower floods, and no free parking, got charged each day for parking

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

My daughter and I loved this hotel! We will definitely try to rebook here again if we can. The room was accomodated to what we needed so it was perfect and if there was something missing you just had to ask. They had a wide range for breakfast and catered to your Mediterranean close to you english breakfast (not quite there) but a lovely try. The swimming pool was also lovely which had a great seating area. We also loved that there was a supermarket right next to us, which you can even access through the hotel. The location was great for where we needed to stay, but everything is definitely accessible whether you take a cab or walk.

Great place at a good rate staff very helpful a friendly. I would stay there against and recommend this hotel.

The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix. After 1 hour I complained again about the AC it’s not cooling and another guy came over & I ask him maybe we can change room then after few hours they ask us to transfer…Goshh.. The experience that I got looks like I’m not going back to this hotel again. Lastly, when we moved to the room we brought the towels in the old room because we were thinking that there’s no towels & I’m glad there’s towels, when I checked out they are charging me Php200 for the towels, I told them I wouldn’t pay for your UGLY towel & you should be the one paying me for the inconvenience. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL

My always home away from home. Great staff thank you Edam, Rod, Mark and Fae for taking care of me. Excellent customer service from security, housekeeping, restaurant, room service and front desk thank you everyone.:)

The room was clean. The room had air conditioning, a bidet, and a water heater for the shower. A refrigerator and a kettle were provided to me upon request. The best amenity is probably that water was provided via a water cooler in the common area, and could be brought to the room via a provided bottle.

If your looking for a budget hotel in BGC this is your hotel. Walking distance from SM Aura but the Hotel location is crowded and the back of the hotel is not BGC with beautiful scenery. Its very traffic on the area. Parking is good but if your vehicle is lowered dont go here. This might not be all the time but when there is a heavy rain the smell of sewage you can smell from the elevator to my room on the 8th floor. So if its rainy season and your in a budget, pick the highest floor possible so you won't smell it. Overall for a budget BGC area hotel, can't complain...well I did. Also the soap shower dispenser????buy your own soap and shampoo. Advice, if your the kind of person who wants a cold room please tell the desk before you get the keys. Not all aircon works the same.
