It was a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and kind. We found it kid friendly and felt safe.

Manager checked in on us personally! Beds were comfortable! Wished there was coffee in rooms instead of hallway.

Beautiful building and great service

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Unfortunately, the room was dusty, had not been vacuumed, the refrigerator smelled, and the bathroom was not fully clean. We asked for additional cleaning, which only satisfied the bathroom vanity cleanliness. I did receive a discount on the parking fee, due to dissatisfaction.

Property is old and worn out and needs a lot of TLC!

Food options were great and the property has a lot of charm and character. Very fitting for the lakefront. Room was good but there was some minor damage and dirtiness in areas along the floor. The bed mattress was also sunken in on one side so I slept on the opposite end.

A well appointed location next to the heart of Lake Geneva township. Great view of the lake, steps from restaurants, lake, shops & events. The hotel has large old style 80’s rooms, a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, king bed …. Great space just not modern …. Still stuck in an era. It definatly served our needs and would consider staying g again
