Great stay. Convenient for walking to a FC Cincinnati game.

Hotel was truly a unique experience! I loved the wide variety of art and interactive experience. Bed was extremely comfortable, and bathroom was one of a kind. Not sure nipples, noses and eyes in the shower were on my bucket list, but they fit with the hotel nicely. The spa was very enjoyable and massage was great. Location was dynamite. Staff seemed a bit inconvenienced when we stopped by/checked in and out, kind of like more art snobs than service individuals, but the stay was enjoyable.

There wasn't much going on in the hotel. No Pool breakfast you had to pay for but wasn't great. The bar in the lobby was small and not much space outside the bar to have a drink whilst the kids had a chill after a long day. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the hotel was very clean too.

This is meant to be the flagship 21C and it was at one time, but it has started to fray at the edges noticably.. having stayed at the Lexington location recently I was saddened by the fallen state of the flagship. Even the gift shop was ramshackle. The peguins have all faded.. the room decor was tatty.. what was the meaning of what looked to landuary netting stappled over the beds? It felt like some charity shop try hard highschool art project. The bathroom lights were gloomy.. its simply a sad state of affairs. and considering the boom of small chic hotels in nearby hipper locations .. the 21c Louisville needs to step back into what they started as and bring it. They were the first.. let it not be on its last leg

Beautiful hotel. If you park in the parking garage it is quite a walk from there to the check-in carrying your luggage. It would be great to have staff nearby ready to assist.
