We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in downtown Grand Rapids! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed.
One of the highlights of our stay was watching the fireworks from the Jdek. It was such a fun experience, and the food they served was absolutely amazing. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The views of the river were beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grand Rapids!

"Hotel is clearly under renovation but I did not like looking down when I got in the shower and just seeing black, made me question the cleanliness of everything else. Staff at check in was polite. We really were only there to sleep but unlikely to return"
