Lake Lucerne Adventure Vacations

The hotel was so beautiful and everyone was so nice!! Their breakfast restaurant also had the best dinner!!

The hotel itself is an older hotel with a beautiful location on lake Lucerne. The staff was fabulous. The check in desk assisted us with everything. The restaurant servers were exceptional. Especially in making sure my husband had the best single malt whisky. The food was some of the best of our entire trip. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed the piano player

The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. The priceless views over looking the landscape at this hotel is something out of God’s personal photo album. If you have a chance to visit ask for Antonio and he will take great care of you meticulously.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Lucerne. Excellent location on lake Lucerne with breath takin views of lake and mountains. Walkable distance to all main attractions. We were upgraded to extremely beautiful room 310 with unbelievable views of the lake Lucerne, mountains and city. Every day we enjoyed our time on the balcony of our room. Room was in excellent condition with beautiful classic furniture. Very comfortable and roomy. In the morning we loved our delicious and freshly cooked breakfast. They had a tasty verity of bar food and you can also order from the menu. everything we tried was delicious and very fresh. Our waiter at breakfast was extremely professional and friendly. He made us fell that we knew him for a long time. Each morning we had a nice conversation with him and he gave us a good boost for the entire day. He gave us nice and very useful recommendation and suggestion. The stuff at front desk of the hotel was very helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay and when we decide to come back to Lucerne we defiantly will stay again in this paradise made by Grand Hotel National Lucerne. Thank you for such a beautiful and comfortable stay.
