We loved our stay. No issues at all. The rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

We booked this option as a place to begin a cruise. It's conveniently located close to cruise port, Bayside and bus route to the beach. The unit was clean and modern with a view of the city. We loved the option to cook and be able to do some last minute laundry before heading for our cruise. We didn't appreciate the wopping 300 deposit requested nor did we enjoy the smell of cannabis wafting from the elevators or hallways. There are no smoking signs posted but they're obviously being ignored. Everyone deserves fresh and clean air!! The other negative was the blind in the main room was broken and so we couldn't view the city from that area. Overall, the condo served our purpose but we wouldn't make it a choice for future travels.

We had a one bedroom suite which was big and spacious. We enjoyed having the full kitchen which was furnished with the basics. It is definitely dated, but was clean and comfortable. Except the air vents could use a good cleaning. We loved the balcony even without the ocean view. There are only two elevators which are small and only one ice machine on the lobby level. It was a short walk to the beach and there are a few places to get something to eat along with a yummy ice cream shop nearby for dessert.

The location was absolutely perfect. The gentleman at the front desk, I wish I remembered his name, because he was very helpful and informative, very friendly. Actually all the staff we spoke with were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. The only down side was the pool is in another building and I’m not sure if it’s available to both of the properties but it’s quite small and it was very full. But not a deal breaker just a fact. If ever I travel back to the area I would for sure check availability there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the communication was prompt and efficient. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
