(408 reviews) The check in process was terrible. The person at the desk was condescending, arrogant and rude. He acted as if it was a bother for me being there. I am not one to complain, but it was terrible. Other staff members were fine. The room was great, with nice hotel amenities. The outside parking lot costing $20 per night is ridiculous.
