Gretchen took care of us when ever we needed anything. Her amazing ability to make us feel like family was top notch.

Overall, a nice place to stay. Room was nice. Pools were nice. Right on a good section of beach. Free valet services, but the valets were hard to find at the desk and a little slow. It also does seems a little odd that they’re still not cleaning rooms as if we are still worried about Covid. Not even an offer to clean the room or replace towels, soap, toilet paper, etc in the week we were there. Also, a little odd that you keep the “spa” in your name when it is shut down and not opening again.

Four Seasons is worth every penny, every time. They are excellent. This property and the service is unmatched in the area. I stayed all of last week and then came back. Staff is so excellent. Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars.

During trying circumstances (days of rain and flooding) the staff worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable! And it was!!!

Very good resort with less crowds

Room was clean and quite large. Great concierge help downstairs. Gorgeous views from Kaanapali Beach! Maui Brewing Co. for food and a nice small pool. Rented chairs and an umbrella 1 day! Mahalo for a great honeymoon Outrigger!
